In the 9th episode, S&M Present, there is a skit reference to the popular Arashikage tattoo.

'During the 2nd act of Enter The Fat One, Joey's 2nd opponent, Storm Shadow, reveals that he has the same tattoo as Joey. This tattoo is a reference from the Marvel G.I. Joe comic book. The tattoo is the symbol of the Arashikage clan, of which Snakes Eyes and Cobra Commander's son, Billy, were members. Other G.I. Joe members, classic and future, that were a part of the clan were Jinx, Kamakura, and Nunchuk.' from TV.com
